Taiwan postal security censor chop, dated on September 25, 1977
Nepal GPO official cover, posted on August 20, 1977 from Kathmandu to Taipei, the cover was missent to communist China, the cover was marked with political propaganda wording by communist China post office then return to Taiwan.
Taiwan post office was using black ink omitted all the propaganda wording, and remarked with blue ink descriptional chop on front side.
The cover back side was cancelled with Taiwan postal security censor chops, dated as September 25, 1977.
